Aaron Lind Wins Outstanding Student Presentation Award

Aaron Lind, a Ph.D. graduate student working with Kevin Jones, Ph.D., won the Outstanding Student Presentation Award at the 20th International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology. The conference was held in Portland, Oregon, in July 2014. Aaron’s talk was entitled “Effect of Al, P and Ar Co-Implantation on Si Activation in InGaAs.”

The University of Florida wins the TMS Materials Bowl

The University of Florida won the TMS Materials Bowl, beating 11 other university teams, including the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, in the final round.
