Aaron Lind Ph.D. Graduate Student working with Prof. Jones won The Outstanding Student Presentation Award at the 20th International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology. The conference was held in Portland Oregon in early July 2014. Aaron’s talk was entitled “Effect of Al, P and Ar Co-Implantation on Si Activation in InGaAs”.
