Aaron Lind, a Ph.D. graduate student working with Kevin Jones, Ph.D., won the Outstanding Student Presentation Award at the 20th International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology. The conference was held in Portland, Oregon, in July 2014. Aaron’s talk was entitled “Effect of Al, P and Ar Co-Implantation on Si Activation in InGaAs.”
