ABET
Introduction
ABET is an independent organization that ensures the quality of engineering and technology education programs through its accreditation activities. It provides guidance on best practices in engineering and technology education, and assesses the effectiveness of educational programs at meeting the needs of students and their future employers.
Accreditation is conducted by representatives of the member professional societies that make up ABET. The responsible society for the Nuclear Engineering program is ANS.
Bachelor of Science
The Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.
