Aaron Lind, a Ph.D. graduate student working with Kevin Jones, Ph.D., won the Outstanding Student Presentation Award at the 20^th International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology. The conference was held in Portland, Oregon, in July 2014. Aaron’s talk was entitled “Effect of Al, P and Ar Co-Implantation on Si Activation in InGaAs.”
