Connecting to Department Drive
Windows
- Click the start button in the bottom left corner
- Type “this pc”, you should see a list of results

- Right click This PC and select the Map Network Drive Option

- In the folder field enter in: \\osg-prod.fs.osg.ufl.edu\msefs01

- You may be prompted for credentials, enter in your UF username (the same one you use to log into a UF computer) with UFAD\ in front of the username
- Then to access the drive click the File Explorer Icon. This is usually located in your taskbar along the bottom. Then under This PC it should show up as a network location.

MacOS
- Click the Finder Icon located along the bottom of the taskbar

- Then along the top bar of your screen click Go then Connect to Server

- In the field enter: cifs://osg-prod.fs.osg.ufl.edu/msefs01 then click connect

- You may be prompted for credentials, enter in your UF username (the same one you use to log into a UF computer) with UFAD\ in front of the username

- It should then pop-up with the drive in Finder and on the Desktop
