Room Reservations made on this site must be made by MSE Students, Faculty or Staff. If you are outside the Department you are welcome to contact the Academic Services Office at jhort@mse.ufl.edu to request availability. This must be done no earlier than 2 weeks prior to the event.
Scheduling Information
To book a room or resource, review the appropriate calendar on the left to check availability:- Room Available: Fill out the MSE Room and Resource Scheduling Form

Room Not Available: Go to the
Reitz Union Event Services site.
NOTE: there will be a charge for technical equipment or catering if these services are utilized by the Reitz Union.
